Andrew Sutton

–Church Planter with NAMB

Andrew and Rachael have been married since 2001 and are blessed with four beautiful daughters and a wonderful son-in-law. Rachael is an experienced educator with 18 years in teaching, while Andrew served bi-vocationally as a home builder and pastor. Passionate about both domestic and international missions, their faith was deeply shaped while serving together as missionaries in Uganda, Africa. Today, they are focused on local mission work—with a heart to follow God’s lead and share His love through relationship, service, and compassion. Ben Paulk

–Church Planter

Ben, Nicole, and baby Hosanna moved to Utah in early 2026. Nicole now serves full-time in the home following a career as an executive assistant for a faith-based investment firm in Boston. Ben is an active-duty Air Force officer with a long-standing call to pastoral ministry, having earned his Master of Divinity from The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary in 2025 and served four years as a deacon. The Paulk’s heart is to advance God’s glory through local church ministry.

Why Lakeside?

We believe that the best way to spread the Gospel is to plant more churches! Utah is in desperate need of churches with only 1 evangelical church for every 8,800 people. In Syracuse, there are 2 evangelical churches for 40,000 people. We estimate that barely over 1% of Syracuse’s 40,000 people have a church home. Redemption Lakeside plans to change that.
